STEP & FLEX w Gisele/GYM
In this interval base type of class you will combine your cardiovascular system using step with body strength training using weights. This class features and even mix of cardio and strength training of 4 to 5 minutes per interval. The final 10 minutes is floor based exercises to build strong core muscles and improve flexibility. A variety of options will be offered to suit your own level of fitness and ability
Recommended to bring: a step, a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and a mat
